Great food and burgers staff is very polite

Great place to relax and spend some spare time while sipping on some delicious cocktails with some meats. Little far from the Shinagawa station but it worth it. Beautiful sitting bench beside the river. Place like that in the heart of Tokyo is a blessing for salary man also for non salary man 😉

Excellent restaurant for evening drinks and dinner. Make sure to reserve a table as it's a really popular spot. The interior is well designed and modern and the locally brewed beer is delicious and cocktails and wine are available. The menu offers a wide range of dishes and I can recommend the ribs. The half portion was more than I could finish and the meat was soft, well cooked and perfectly marinaded and comes with coleslaw, onion rings, and mash potato sides.

It's always refreshing to find a restaurant serving modern Americana and the feel to be by the river is certainly unique. Great atmosphere.Went for lunch and with the exception of our very gracious bartenders -- the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired.The place gets packed, so quality suffered. Had a steak which probably was sitting at the pass for a bit too long and the receptionist was quickly overwhelmed with managing the door, she forgot we were customers.Like the concept but TY has to take a look at managing their capacity to ensure quality of the experience.

Very beautiful setting by the river! Very popular place so if you want to go on the busy hours you better make a reservation! Food was good actually! I had the roasted chicken and was juicy and very tasty! The craft beer where very good and cold. Buy I only gave it 4 stars because of the price, It is a little too expensive in my view. You are mostly paying because of location. But hey, it is one of the most exclusive areas in Tokyo after all so be prepared to pay for that. Otherwise a great experience!

Location is a bit out of the main towns in Tokyo but reachable by public transportation of course. (Though it requires about 15 minutes of walk from the closest subway station) The food was tasty, service was nice, atmosphere was gorgeous, but of course was pricey. Recommend this place for a special night out with friends or loved ones or fancy lunch for a special day.

Riverside place, craft beer, nice food.

This is a great date location. The menu is a little pricey but they offer first class service. It has a great view of the river and a romantic atmosphere to match. Most servers speak English.

The price is a little expensive, but the taste and atmosphere are very good. It is suitable for dates and entertainment. However, please note that it is a little away from the station. I recommend using a taxi.

Service is top notch. Location is great. Right by the water. Good beer selection. Beer flights available. Food on the menu and on peoples plates looked great, but we only had the beer.

Beautiful restaurant by the river. Food was good, and the craft beer selection proper. Chili + burger was just what I needed. Really enjoyed the lunch. Table service very efficient. For this summer heat, I think they need more fans.

Airy gastro-pub with dining, bar and bakery. Feels like it's own enclave on the corner of an (artificial) island. The free flow option gets you bottomless beers for 90 minutes.

There is also a terrace seat where you can drink craft beer. You can also eat various dishes such as salads, hamburgers and desserts. There are foreign staff, so you can order in English.

A great spot for American food with American portions. Nice indoor and outdoor seating, with a river view. The menu was impressive, with a different lunch selection each weekday (unsure if this is rotating, or new daily). The micro brew draft beer was nice, but they surprisingly didn't have a beer sampler option (at least when we had lunch). The restaurant is quite large, with different rooms for sitting, but it was quite full on a random Thursday weekday lunch. They are dog friendly for the outdoor patio riverfront seating area.

Nice place to have exotic atmosphere in Tokyo. Since the restaurant is close to the river, the scene should be very beautiful in sunny days. One thing which need improvement is the response time of the service there.

Good Atmosphere if you wanna have a nice beer near the river. Particularly like it a night. However, staff attitude can be very bad depending on the day. Lunch taste is pretty much normal, nothing too crazy here.

A very nice and great location. Can have your meals beside the sea. Need to make a reservation before coming. The place is quite crowded. The drinks before the meal was great especially the beer. Ordered the ribs, roast chicken, pizzas and the salad. The chicken and the pizzas and the salad are quite nice but the ribs was not so tender. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good staff, really good selection of beer, dishes were also great. Nice portions, well cooked. I couldn't finish everything.It is not a cheap place but I feel it worth it. The restaurant has a very nice decoration, location seems a bit far from everything but walk around, and you will see, this area is really interesting.

The food was lovely, it is a little pricey. The beers are great. But bless the service but it is a little slow.

Perfect place for lunch with friends or family . Their jumbo shrimps are delicious , we really enjoyed the kale salad and the crab meat spaghetti . The quality of their beer is second to none. Lively atmosphere and attentive staff . English menu available . Highly recommended.

My favorite restaurant in Tokyo. Seriously. Excellent food for dinner and lunch, and the beers are wonderful. Great place for a date, too. The riverfront view is spectacular.

Been here a couple of times. Great view at suns set time, very nice western good and a good range of beer selection. One of my fav places in Tokyo and good for business dinners with foreign visitors, everyone loves this place. Good job Harbor!

Got the hamburger. Best I've ever had

The best of Tokyo; off the beaten track again. Great location, good food, fantastic beer. Take in a bit of art afterwards or just walk the boardwalk and feel the breeze.

Food was amazing, beer was great. But if you plan to sit by the bar and talk to people or the bartender, look somewhere else. Most people here are on dates or with their company groups. The bartenders also seemed to be trained to be service robots rather than human beings. Go to a smaller bar if you want to talk to people. But as a date place, it's great.

We've been here for lunch and dinner and our lunch experience was way better. The dinner atmosphere wasn't as friendly and the menu was very limited and WAY over priced. The atmosphere was more relaxed and friendlier at lunch. The menu has way more options and the prices aren't as steep. Lunch time was also more kid friendly for our 2 boys. Lunch time is the most popular time to go so making a reservation is a must.

Quality food, huge portions (American type size- think about sharing) with nice service. Atmosphere was nice with cool refurbished brewery in the background and water views out front on the terrace. Location a little far from central areas of Tokyo but apart from that, highly recommended.

Great atmosphere and food. Beer and coffee are excellent as well as a place to bring your pick. Recommend the burgers and crisps! Get a seat facing the water. Also excellent service and a good way to enjoy the weekend. On the boardwalk.

A canal-front bar serving own CBs brewed in the place. A couple of seasonal CBs are also served. Outdoor seats are nice during summer.

Great location, good views. They have ample seating and variety of food and drinks. Beer is good. I tried their super citrusy seasonal brew and it was light and refreshing. Although a bit expensive, it can be a great romantic location for a special date.

A few friends I went for lunch and were very happy. The atmosphere was so lovely, by the water with beautiful sunny weather. The ice tea was absolutely delicious, we ordered our lunches and everything was great. Overall a very satisfying experience. I would also recommend trying the beer!

Very beautiful restaurant by the river . There is bar area, indoor seating and terrace tables all are nicely decorated . I am especially loving the terrace seats. Good ambience and staff are very nice and friendly . Food is a bit overpriced but well worth it for such setting and environment. Drink and food selection is good and you can enjoy the craft beers too . Better book in advance for Friday and weekends .

Over rated expensive place for people with more money than brains. I was not impressed.

Always good. Great food and great staff. Not sure how thet ft o it over all the T.Y. properties, all are outstanding. Be sure to book in advance. Patio on nice days is recommended but indoors is good too. Kid and English friendly. Stop next door for dessert on way out.

Particularly good for American style food and beers. They also have a good brewery. Just located next door is a good bakery for breakfast too. Location is nice in front of the water but a little isolated.
